A Beautiful Wedding in Tinos: Matthew & Kayla’s Special Day with Milo I had the incredible honor of photographing the wedding of Matthew and Kayla on the beautiful island of Tinos. This wedding was special not only because of the breathtaking views and serene Cycladic atmosphere but also because of the love that Matthew and Kayla share—not just with each other but with their beloved dog, Milo. The couple, who live in New York, decided to celebrate their wedding in Tinos, a meaningful place for Matthew, as it is his family’s island home. Working alongside a talented wedding planner and friend of the couple from the United States, we created a memorable experience that highlighted both the stunning scenery and the joy of this union. The couple began their wedding day at the luxurious Aeolis Tinos Suites, where both Matthew and Kayla prepared for the day ahead. Their first look on the suite’s terrace was unforgettable, with the gentle Cycladic breeze and sweeping views setting the perfect stage. The ceremony took place in the charming village of Dio Choria, at a traditional Greek Orthodox church with a spacious balcony that overlooks the Aegean Sea. This vantage point provided an ideal backdrop for portraits, capturing both the couple and the enchanting landscape of Tinos at sunset. After the ceremony, Matthew, Kayla, and of course, Milo, joined me for some beautiful moments on the balcony. The sunset over the sea, paired with the island’s signature winds, added a timeless, romantic touch to their photos—a perfect blend of love, tradition, and nature. The reception back at the Aeolis Tinos Suites was an elegant and joyful celebration with family and friends, with Milo always close by. Matthew and Kayla’s wish to include their beloved pet in their wedding photos gave the day an even more personal touch, creating lasting memories of a wedding that truly celebrated love in all its forms.
